The Midget Church
Well, not really. But it is the world’s smallest church, according to Ripley’s Believe It Or Not!, and can only fit one person at a time. And it’s located right here in Crestview Hills, Ky.The church overlooks a small lake on the campus of Thomas More college. I used to go there when I was a kid to feed bread to the ducks — and you could even fish! (bluegill I believe.) Now there are fences everywhere and a sign that prohibits feeding of the ducks. Someone probably sued somebody. What a shame.
More from the Enquirer and Roadside America.
You can’t tell from this picture, but the ground is covered in duck crap.

The plaque inscription says something about being dedicated to Fred Riedinger who donated the chapel and moved it to its current location in 1965.

Somewhere near Florence is a truck stop and a church inside a trailer in a parking lot near the gas.

Well, I bet this church is still smaller than a trailer. Unless you were going for World’s Most Portable Church.

That’s at the TA truckstop on 18 right in the middle of Florence. It has a big neon cross on it.
