Promoting Vigorous Intellectual Discussion
What gives you the authority to call yourself the Dean of Cincinnati?
I was appointed by a small but loyal constituency of supporters, and it is in their interests that I have accepted this position.
Why haven’t I heard of the dean position?
This is one of the reasons we are working to publicize the position. Traditionally, American culture suffers from anti-intellectualism. As this post is inherently an intellectual one, it is difficult to popularize
it. Of course, being popular isn’t really the goal. The most important thing is just being.
Is this a joke?
Does this look like a joke?

Eh… You don’t look old enough to be “dean” of anything :)
But in Cincinnati, who knows — if you whine enough, you can be dean, if you want to be, I suppose.
I just prefer that people use their real names as well as ant nicknames they take on, Ned Hamson :)
