It's so new, it's not even shown on the Hamilton County Auditor's website! Unfortunately for Cincinnatians, our local architects tend to give clients what they ask for, rather than clients seeking out designers who have a style of their own. And by 'clients' I refer to DEVELOPERS (who are right down there in the 10th circle of hell w/ lawyers) who are never the end-users... If banks would lend money to individual businesses for design services, we'd have a completely different architectural landscape.
