Make Cincinnati Weird!

It looks like Cincinnati Santacon 2008 did not disappoint.  Dozens of boozing Santas hit Fountain Square and surrounding areas.  Hey, can you spot the Santa in black?  It’s like black Spider-Man.

[ December 13, 2008; ] Be ready.

Design firm FRCH Worldwide staged a flash mob of sorts on Fountain Square.  The goal was to film it occurring and use the video for their annual holiday greeting.  You can see the raw video below.  You can also see some photos of the event on the company’s Flickr.

Well, if you were like me, you didn’t make it out of the office at all during Cincinnati PARK[ing] Day 2008. I heard that all of the PARK[ing] spots were north of Central, with only one exception – at 5th and Walnut – right smack in the middle of the CBD!

[ September 19, 2008; ] I have heard about PARK[ing] Day in other cities somewhere before.  So imagine my delight when I came across Cincinnati PARK[ing] Day scheduled for next month (I’m always the last to know)!
